CERUS Governance

Cerus Governance Beyond the initial SYN NFTs, narratives will be added via governance from CERUS token holders in the CERUS DAO who will be responsible for determining the tokens within a narrative that should be included in the positions and the weights of each.

Voting will be weekly, defaulting to the previous vote, so unless changes are required it can be on auto-pilot after an initial vote is made. Each full CERUS token will be considered 1 vote. When users distribute their votes over all registered assets, all votes will be combined to get an aggregated vote weighting which then is gradually applied during a period of a week to avoid any arbitrage.

Governance will put the power of narratives in the hands of the ecosystem, those who know best what protocols will perform well now and in the future.
